Kedai Rakyat 1Malaysia

Government has again took a brilliant step in ensuring the people of Malaysia get the best of daily life. And now, people of Malaysia will be able to buy grocery item with cheaper price from normal, with the introduction of Kedai Rakyat 1Malaysia. Launching the first of such shopping mart, located at Kelana Jaya LRT station of which will operate from 7am till 11pm, Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak said that the Government still insured the people were taken care of, with Malaysia are towards becoming developed nation.

Kedai Rakyat 1Malaysia will be operated by Mydin Mohamed Holding Berhad and it will offer 250 grocery items at prices 30% to 40% lower than market price. According to Mydin managing director Datuk Ameer Ali Mydin, the quality of goods will not be compromised, even though they are sold are cheaper price and such goods that will be offered at the shop are basic necessities such as rice, eggs, cooking oils, milk powder, diapers and many others. He also stated that there are plancs to open more outlets at strategic locations.

In addition, Datuk Seri Najib said that the Kedai Rakyat 1Malaysia was similiar to his father’s initiative of “Restoran Rakyat” which offer foods at very low price.

      Currently, the Kedai Rakyat 1Malaysia is only at Kelana Jaya, but believed that the government is going to open more such shops all around the country.
      This would be a great initiative for rakyat.

    kalau boleh wujudkan kedai ni khas untuk pembeli warganegara Malaysia sahaja..tunjuk kan mykad masing2 di kaunter baru lah boleh membeli barang di kedai itu…kalau tidak warga asing akan ambil kesempatan untuk beli barangan murah ini…
